The position available is a full-time management role at the Derby Street Shoppes location in Hingham, Massachusetts. As a member of the Shack Management team, you will be entrusted with leadership responsibilities that are pivotal to maintaining the brand’s high standards of service and hospitality. This role demands a proactive individual with strong leadership capabilities who can coach, develop, and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently. You will be managing numerous aspects of the restaurant operations including inventory control, safety compliance, financial budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at local and state levels. In this capacity, you will also take an active role in driving sales and profitability while nurturing the growth of your staff in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Beyond operational management, the role is deeply embedded in community engagement. You will be instrumental in promoting the Shake Shack brand through local word-of-mouth and special restaurant events, enhancing brand visibility and customer loyalty. This position offers a salary range of $62,545.60 to $80,392.00, reflecting its significance within the organization. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Shack operations
  • Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
  • Knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations
  • Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities
  • Food handler certification, preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
