The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting all operational facets of the property, including ensuring top-tier guest and employee satisfaction, overseeing human resources procedures, managing financial performance, and driving sales and revenue growth. This position requires close collaboration with the General Manager to develop and execute comprehensive property-wide strategies that align with the brand’s service initiatives.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for verifying the implementation of brand service standards and initiatives aimed at exceeding guest expectations. They will have a hands-on role in managing multiple departments, including guest services, front desk operations, and housekeeping, ensuring that all team members adhere to the property’s quality standards and corporate policies. This position also involves a significant emphasis on leadership and team development, necessitating strong coaching abilities to motivate and guide employees toward high performance and professional growth.

Job Duties

  • support all aspects of the operation including guest and employee satisfaction
  • assist the General Manager in leading the team and implementing property-wide strategies
  • verify implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives

  • promote Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door policies
