Business planning is another critical area, balancing employee and guest experiences with financial goals. Responsibilities include executing Krystal’s operating systems, developing sales forecasts, managing schedules, reviewing inventory and food costs, monitoring business metrics, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards.

Additionally, the role demands ensuring the restaurant facility is safe, sanitary, and appealing by assisting with compliance to health, safety, cleanliness, security, and fire regulations. Troubleshooting equipment issues and maintaining a well-functioning environment are also part of the job.

This role requires excellent people leadership and guest service skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication capabilities to interact effectively with guests, team members, and senior leaders. The position requires availability across all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
