Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Must represent Cooper's Hawk values
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Able to stand for at least 10 hours per shift
- Ability to work 50-60 hours per week
- Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays
- Must have supervisory experience
- Ability to handle high-volume restaurant operations
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant
- Scratch kitchen experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-driven with coaching ability
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
- Financial acumen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred certifications include ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements
Job Duties
- Manage and lead 1-2 department areas with confidence
- Maintain professional standards and uphold company policies
- Utilize POS systems and scheduling software for effective operations
- Conduct weekly inventory and manage departmental financial performance
- Hire, train, and schedule hourly team members
- Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
- Foster collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Lead department and community meetings
- Coach and develop team members for smooth shift execution
- Partner with General Manager to achieve restaurant goals
- Represent company values and create an inclusive culture
- Provide personalized guest service to enhance the dining experience
- Grow the Wine Club community by educating and engaging guests
- Empower team to deliver memorable experiences
- Celebrate team and guest achievements
