Acting as the General Manager’s representative during their absence, this role ensures that all aspects of the venue run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining excellent service efficiency, sanitation, and comprehensive staff training to guarantee that guests receive superior products and memorable experiences.

Labor control, inventory management, and maintaining communication across departments are also key elements of the role.
Leadership and communication skills are crucial, as this position demands fostering a positive work environment through regular staff meetings and clear communication channels. The leader is expected to resolve issues swiftly, maintain high levels of guest and staff satisfaction, and actively promote responsible alcohol service and strict adherence to all safety and sanitation standards. The role is physically demanding, with requirements to stand, walk, lift objects, and maintain body equilibrium in a fast-paced environment, often exposed to noise and temperature changes.
