Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Riverside Perris is part of Marriott International, a globally recognized leader in the hospitality industry known for its commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through a portfolio of renowned brands. Fairfield by Marriott offers a welcoming and reliable lodging experience characterized by warm hospitality at a great value. With over 1,000 locations worldwide, Fairfield ensures guests achieve satisfaction through consistent service quality and comfortable accommodations. The property at Riverside Perris embraces this brand legacy, striving to exceed guest expectations while fostering a positive work environment that values diversity, integrity, and employee development.
The role open is a full-time management position focused on supporting all operational facets of the property. The area of responsibility includes guest satisfaction, employee management, financial oversight, sales and revenue generation, and strategic implementation of brand standards. The selected candidate will work closely with the General Manager to lead the team in executing property-wide strategies aligned with Marriott's high standards. With a salary range of $70,310 to $80,000 annually and bonus eligibility, this position offers competitive compensation for a candidate ready to contribute meaningfully to the hotel's success.
In this management position, you will verify the implementation of brand service strategies and initiatives to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Building strong relationships with key customers and hands-on involvement in sales and revenue opportunities are essential aspects of the role. Additionally, you will oversee operational areas including human resources, financial performance, and ensuring the property complies with legal standards governing licenses, safety, and employment practices.
You will be responsible for providing leadership in maintaining all brand standards across departments, including guest services, front desk, housekeeping, and more. Ensuring each team member meets or exceeds performance requirements, supporting recruitment and orientation processes, and fostering a positive work culture will be key. The role demands active coaching, constructive feedback, and a proactive approach to managing both guest and employee concerns. You will ensure scheduling aligns with guest demands and business goals while promoting policies that support fair treatment and open communication.
As an operational leader, you will manage financial accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, petty cash, banking procedures, and periodic financial reporting. Regular review of financial and sales data will help identify opportunities for cost reduction and program improvements. Collaborating with corporate teams during annual quality audits ensures compliance and continual enhancement of service delivery.
The position demands availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the property. You will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy to inspire the team. This role is integral in shaping the guest experience and employee engagement, contributing directly to the hotel's reputation and business outcomes. Marriott International values equality and inclusion, creating a supportive environment for all associates regardless of background. Joining Fairfield by Marriott means becoming part of an expansive global network dedicated to excellence and growth in the hospitality sector.
