Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related area
  • or 2-year degree from accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration or related field
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related area
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • strong leadership and team collaboration ability
  • knowledge of osha/msds and compliance requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related area
  • or 2-year degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration or related major with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related area
  • knowledge of brand standards and service strategies
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to manage financial and accounting functions
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • support all aspects of property operation including guest and employee satisfaction
  • assist general manager in implementing property-wide strategies
  • verify implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives
  • build relationships with key customers
  • manage operation of all property departments
  • promote guarantee of fair treatment and open door policies
  • manage finance and accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, petty cash, and banking procedures
