The Restaurant General Manager role at Shake Shack presents an exciting leadership opportunity within the foodservice industry. As a leader in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant management and operations. This includes developing and coaching team members to ensure high performance, managing inventory and safety protocols to maintain quality standards, and driving profitability through effective budget management. You will also be tasked with upholding the brand’s outstanding hospitality standards, implementing health and safety policies in compliance with local and state regulations, managing payroll and schedules, and promoting the brand through community engagement and restaurant events.

This position demands strong leadership skills, a knack for motivating and developing employees, and a comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and security. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of general management experience with proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
