Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year assistant manager experience in high volume food service concepts
- Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas)
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to reliable transportation
- Consent to background screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Customer service focused
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee the restaurant's daily operations
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Interview, hire, train and orient staff
- Oversee coaching, counseling, and development of team members
- Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- Guarantee health and safety inspections and standards are met
- Set the tone for a fun, family-friendly restaurant environment
