Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year assistant manager experience in high volume food service concepts
  • Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas)
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to reliable transportation
  • Consent to background screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Customer service focused

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee the restaurant's daily operations
  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Interview, hire, train and orient staff
  • Oversee coaching, counseling, and development of team members
  • Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • Guarantee health and safety inspections and standards are met
  • Set the tone for a fun, family-friendly restaurant environment
