This role is for a Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) at one of the busy Wendy's locations managed by HAZA Foods. The position is ideal for candidates with at least one year of AGM experience, particularly those familiar with fast food or other restaurant concepts that demand efficiency and effective team leadership under fast-paced, high-volume conditions. The Assistant General Manager will play a critical role in supporting the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant. Responsibilities include overseeing staff scheduling, financial controls, team training and development, customer service, and operational compliance. Successful candidates will have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, be results-oriented, and focus strongly on customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year assistant manager experience in high volume food service concepts
  • Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas)
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to reliable transportation
  • Consent to background screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
