Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent hospitality experience
- Minimum of two years hotel experience preferred
- Prior experience in an assistant general manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments effectively
- Proven ability to handle budgeting and guest relations

Job Duties
- Support the hotel General Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee various hotel departments daily
- Assist with budget management and operational cost controls
- Resolve guest issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Report directly to the General Manager
- Lead and mentor hotel staff to drive performance and engagement
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution within the hotel
