This role is an exciting leadership opportunity within a fast-paced restaurant setting, designed for dynamic individuals passionate about hospitality and operational excellence. The position is exempt and salaried, reporting directly to the General Manager, and requires a leader who can inspire and manage a diverse team to uphold the brand's high standards and service quality. The successful candidate will champion the company’s culture, driving daily operations with enthusiasm and a guest-first mindset, while mentoring staff and leading by example to cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere.
The restaurant group offers a competitive salary, weekly paycheck, and enticing quarterly bonuses, along with exciting company contests that provide experiential trips to renowned food and beverage destinations. Career growth is strongly supported through significant promotion opportunities and management development programs. Additionally, full-time employees receive comprehensive benefits packages including medical, dental, and vision coverage. The company also prioritizes employee well-being through an Employee Assistance Program that focuses on mental health, counseling, and community support.
As a key leader, your responsibilities will include maintaining operational excellence, acting as a brand ambassador, and managing all aspects of restaurant service and administration with professionalism and efficiency. You will lead bar program training, ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and drive a culture of accountability and teamwork. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to succeed in this role, alongside a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a growth-oriented mindset.
The role also involves managing inventory, vendor relations, and facility maintenance, requiring someone comfortable with hands-on operational management in a lively, demanding environment. Flexibility and the ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing and occasional lifting, are necessary. Occasionally, short-notice travel and off-site or online training sessions may be required. Overall, this is a fantastic opportunity for a proven hospitality leader looking to join a dynamic company that values culture, growth, and guest satisfaction.
