Apprentices assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, gaining practical experience in managing a high-volume food service environment. This full-time role involves hands-on learning in areas such as hiring and training team members, managing customer service to ensure a guest-obsessed experience, maintaining high operational standards, and overseeing digital orders and compliance with food safety protocols. Apprentices will also develop essential leadership skills, including scheduling, profit and loss management, sales forecasting, recruiting, and interviewing, all crucial for running a successful restaurant.
