Job Requirements

  • Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • Champion change and have a passion for training and developing your team

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • Strong leadership, communication, and training skills
  • Passion for training and developing teams

Job Duties

  • Manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
  • Partner with the General Manager to ensure operational excellence
  • Focus on guest-related metrics and engagement
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Champion change and continuous improvement
  • Train and develop team members
  • Lead with a passion for creating legendary guest experiences
