Job Requirements
- Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- Ability to manage and direct the work of others
- Champion change and have a passion for training and developing your team
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
- Partner with the General Manager to ensure operational excellence
- Focus on guest-related metrics and engagement
- Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Champion change and continuous improvement
- Train and develop team members
- Lead with a passion for creating legendary guest experiences
