Job Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- Three to six months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
- Must be Serve-Safe certified
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations
- Support staff management and training
- Ensure execution of company policies and procedures
- Participate in achieving store objectives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws
- Maintain ethical business practices
- Oversee crew orientation and training programs
