Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of management experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen settings
- understanding of labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
- proficiency in team management and development
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- preferably have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- ability to manage and direct the work of others
- passion for training and developing team members
- strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
- partner with the general manager to ensure restaurant performance
- focus on guest-related metrics and engagement
- uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- champion change and lead team training and development
- oversee labor law compliance and responsible alcohol service
- maintain safety and security procedures
