As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Wendy's, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the success of the restaurant. Working closely with the General Manager, the AGM is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that strategic initiatives are effectively implemented to enhance business performance. This role focuses on fostering a positive and motivating work environment where team members feel valued and empowered to deliver outstanding customer experiences. The AGM will lead efforts to maximize sales and profit growth, enforce operating standards, and champion employee training and development. Additionally, the position demands strong interpersonal skills to build cohesive teams and maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and customer service.

The Assistant General Manager is entrusted with accountability for the overall restaurant performance, including managing labor costs, controlling inventory, and maintaining compliance with company policies and health regulations. This position requires dedication, a solution-oriented mindset, and a commitment to embodying Wendy’s core values every day. The AGM is also instrumental in creating a fun, inviting workplace culture that supports employee retention and fosters career growth. Wendy's is committed to supporting its AGMs through comprehensive training, competitive compensation, and a range of employee benefits.

The role of Assistant General Manager provides an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced environment, working alongside a dynamic team passionate about delivering excellence. Employment is full-time and includes competitive pay, with additional incentives such as performance-based bonus plans.
