Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, handle objects, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Maintain valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Willingness to work 40 regular hours plus 10 hours overtime
- Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications

- Manage sales and profit growth

- Oversee labor costs and inventory control
- Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
