This hotel is proudly owned and operated by Avion Hospitality, an independent franchisee that manages this property separately from Marriott International, Inc. Avion Hospitality holds full control over all employment policies and practices including hiring decisions, compensation structures, benefits offerings, discipline procedures, and staffing. As a result, candidates offered employment at this hotel will be working directly for Avion Hospitality, not Marriott International, Inc. Job Requirements
- At least 5 years progressive experience in Rooms or Food & Beverage department at a hotel
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Proficient in Windows operating systems
- Ability to work long hours including standing for entire shifts
- Capable of exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial information and basic arithmetic functions
- Must be able to assimilate complex data from multiple sources
Job Qualifications
- At least 5 years progressive experience in Rooms or Food & Beverage department at a hotel

- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and resolve workplace challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operation during absence of General Manager or Manager on Duty
- Supervise operating departments including Rooms and Food & Beverage
- Assist General Manager in achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation and cost control
- Develop and mentor hotel employees
- Evaluate complex operational situations and implement effective solutions
- Maintain composure and professionalism under high-pressure situations
- Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management
