Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Able to lift approximately 50 lbs
- Available to work a scheduled 50-55 hours per week
- Willing to be on call certain days of the week to answer phone and problem solve
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years of restaurant management experience
- Must demonstrate strong leadership and communication capabilities
- References and consistent work history with longevity required

- Strong knowledge of commonly used best practices, concepts and procedures in a restaurant environment
- Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members

Job Duties
- Be willing to work a scheduled 50-55 hours per week
- Achieve optimal performance from employees through communicating and role modeling
- Offer great customer service
- Maintain cafe financials and cash controls/procedures
- Actively participate in the selection, orientation and training of associates
- Be on call certain days of the week, willing to answer the phone and problem solve
- Oversee dining room, kitchen and wholesale & catering functions to provide guests with an impressive experience
- Maintain food presentation, restaurant cleanliness, lighting and background music as well as overall appearance of interior and exterior of the cafe
- Stay well informed and aware of staffing needs while anticipating future needs
- Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards and procedures
- Consistently monitor that all employees are following company protocol and guidelines
