Job Description
This position is for an Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting, focused on ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering superior customer service to guests. Responsibilities include creating employee schedules, overseeing store tasks, managing inventory, team training, and participation in management meetings and strategy sessions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a managerial role (restaurant management preferred)
- ability to work a 50-hour work week, including nights & weekends
