Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a retail or restaurant environment preferred
- strong passion for customer service and quality products
- ability to control costs and drive profitability
- experience in hiring and developing talent
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, lifting products up to 65 lbs, and using a hot torch
