Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in hotel rooms management
  • strong communication skills
  • problem solving abilities
  • proficiency with computer systems
  • availability to work weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for long periods
  • valid drivers license

  • strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • oversee front office staff and daily operations
  • manage staffing needs and scheduling
  • provide guest services and ensure guest satisfaction
  • train and develop front office team members
  • coordinate activities between Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Services
  • address and resolve guest issues effectively
  • uphold luxury standards in guest interactions
