- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- oversee front office staff and daily operations
- manage staffing needs and scheduling
- provide guest services and ensure guest satisfaction
- train and develop front office team members
- coordinate activities between Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Services
- address and resolve guest issues effectively
- uphold luxury standards in guest interactions
