Job Requirements
- Minimum three years hands-on catering experience
- Knowledge of all things catering including set ups, menu process, and client meetings
- High energy, positive attitude, and superior ethics
- Dynamic, outgoing, and friendly personality
- Ability to plan and organize with proficiency
- Proven familiarity with costing, billing, and banquet event orders
- Current ServSafe certification and local health department certification where required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years hands-on catering experience
- Knowledge of catering operations including set ups, menu processes, and client meetings
- Proven familiarity with costing, billing, and banquet event orders
- Outstanding guest service skills
- Fluency in sanitation and safety standards
- Superior computer skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Current ServSafe certification
- Local health department certification where required
Job Duties
- Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills to ensure all guest experiences are exceptional
- Guarantee that client catering expectations are met and exceeded through impeccable organization and flawless execution at every event
- Recruit, hire, and train a permanent and on-call catering team
- Manage all billing of catering events
- Aid in general location management as part of the SAGE management team
- Develop strong client and guest relationships
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively
- Maintain all HACCP standards
- Create a positive team environment
- Follow and ensure SAGE standards and uphold SAGE mission
