Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Job Qualifications
- 5 years of related food, beverage and/or service management experience in a banquet or dining atmosphere
- commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- relevant experience in high-end hospitality or restaurant operations
- strong computer competency including MS Office, POS, PMS, and booking systems such as OpenTable or Sevenrooms
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- creative problem-solving and critical decision-making skills
- ability to work collaboratively across organizational teams
Job Duties
- Oversee banquet and food and beverage areas within the hotel
- schedule and forecast staffing needs
- train and develop employees
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and operating procedures
- coordinate special events and banquets
- perform payroll duties for the department
- collaborate with culinary and stewarding teams to ensure event readiness
