Job Requirements
- education in hospitality or related field preferred
- 5+ years food and beverage management experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage schedules and payroll
- food and beverage cost control experience helpful
- ability to work in a dynamic environment
- lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods
- able to bend, lift, carry, reach above shoulder height, climb stairs
- open availability for varied shifts
- compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- integrity and fairness
- computer literacy including booking and POS systems
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of related food, beverage and/or service management experience in banquets/dining atmosphere preferred
- commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality
- highly organized, self-motivated, and flexible with ability to manage multiple priorities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to listen, communicate, and make connections
- relevant experience in high-end hospitality/restaurant operations
- excellent computer competency including MS Office, POS, PMS, and booking programs
- ability to work with confidential information
- person of integrity, fair and consistent
- creative problem-solving and critical decision-making skills
- ability to work collaboratively across the organization
- extensive knowledge of Seabird cuisine and its surrounding areas including history and wines
- must have open availability
Job Duties
- Support efficient running of banquet and outlets in line with department strategies and brand standards
- manage assigned outlet as a successful profit center ensuring maximum guest satisfaction
- support Director of Banquets with budget and financial success
- provide warm, humble, and knowledgeable service throughout property
- liaise with restaurant and outlet operations staff for seamless guest experiences
- assist with curation of guest experience on and off property
- attend daily briefings and departmental meetings
