Job Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of food service management experience
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food
  • Financial experience and business insight
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet
  • Associate's degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist with leading food service operations following the approved budget
  • Provide the client with maximum value for dollars spent
  • Ensure food offered to clients, customers, and associates is of outstanding quality
  • Assist with purchasing and inventory management
  • Maintain excellent relationships with associates, guests, clients, and other operations departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned
