This opportunity is for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager position within the Food & Beverage division. This role is key to ensuring that the exceptional standards of Four Seasons are consistently delivered across the hotel’s high-end restaurants, in-room dining, banquets, and stewarding operations. As the Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage scheduling and payroll, handle purchasing and inventory control, and lead a dedicated team to provide an exemplary guest experience aligned with company values. Your leadership will directly contribute to the memorable dining experiences that guests associate with Four Seasons' renowned service.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury hospitality and a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience within a luxury resort or hotel, preferably including in-room dining or restaurant management. Proficiency in cost and labor controls, menu development, and excellent communication skills in English are essential. You must be adaptable with a flexible schedule to meet operational demands and possess strong computer skills. This position offers a competitive salary range of $76,500 to $82,239 annually. Job Requirements

  • must already be legally permitted to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee guest amenities to ensure guests are provided with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards
  • schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines
  • utilize the hotel's computer system to ring up sales, print checks, close checks, and complete end of day revenue reports
  • interview and select job applicants as well as supervise, discipline and give performance evaluations for employees
  • select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach and discipline employees to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met
  • be visible in the operation, recognize and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new customers
