Le Méridien Chicago - Oakbrook Center is currently seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager to join its dynamic Food and Beverage Management team. This role is vital in upholding the hotel’s high standards of service and operational excellence. The position offers a highly competitive salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 annually, along with an exceptional benefits package tailored for eligible associates and their families. The Assistant F&B Manager plays a key role in the daily leadership of food and beverage operations, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a guest-focused mindset to the team. This position requires inspiring and nurturing a team of hospitality professionals, ensuring impeccable service standards, and creating memorable guest dining experiences. Collaboration with various F&B teams is essential to curate unique dining offerings that drive revenue growth and maintain cost control. Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous leadership experience in F&B supervision or management in a hotel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring and developing team
- Commitment to creating a guest-first environment
- Food Handler and TIPS certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Food Manager certification preferred
- Experience with TOAST POS a plus
