Job Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a leadership role within food and beverage operations preferably luxury hospitality
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • fluency in English spoken and written
  • proven ability to lead and inspire teams
  • experience in guest service, budgeting, scheduling, and staff development
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive motion
  • US work authorization required
