Job Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a leadership role within food and beverage operations preferably luxury hospitality
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- fluency in English spoken and written
- proven ability to lead and inspire teams
- experience in guest service, budgeting, scheduling, and staff development
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive motion
- US work authorization required
