Known for its distinctive flair, Latitude Margaritaville blends resort-style amenities with a welcoming residential atmosphere. The resort emphasizes engaging social events, top-tier dining experiences, and a lifestyle filled with enjoyment and relaxation. As part of the Margaritaville portfolio, Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head invites residents and guests to 'Turn on your Island Charm' to fully immerse themselves in the brand's laid-back yet spirited culture. It is a luxury destination aimed at active adults looking to embrace a joyful and carefree way of life with access to quality services and amenities that improve the quality of living.
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager position at Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is a unique leadership opportunity to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional food and beverage services that reinforce the Margaritaville lifestyle. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef, this role focuses on cultivating a positive team environment and maximizing resident satisfaction through service excellence. The Assistant Manager will provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to dining services staff across multiple service types including a la carte and buffet styles. Responsibilities include enforcing stringent adherence to company policies, food safety regulations, and federal standards while maintaining the highest quality of hospitality and cleanliness. This role is instrumental in developing innovative beverage programs that reflect the brand's spirit alongside managing labor and supply budgets to meet financial goals efficiently.
Additionally, the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager plays an integral part in the broader community experience by collaborating with other departments on event planning and lifestyle-driven programming. This position requires a hands-on leader who is not afraid to engage directly with team members and residents, fostering a culture of teamwork, fun, and enthusiasm known as the 'I Love My Job' environment. The individual must stay current with industry trends, demonstrate problem-solving abilities, and act professionally to uphold the resort’s reputation. The role demands flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support the dynamic resort environment.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range between $55,000 and $60,000 annually and is designed for candidates with experience in food and beverage management, preferably within hotel, club, or private dining settings. Experience leading bar operations and possession of certifications such as ServSafe, CPR, or sommelier qualifications are highly regarded. This opportunity is an excellent match for those who thrive on delivering outstanding guest experiences while embracing the vibrant Margaritaville culture, ensuring every moment at Hilton Head reflects the brand’s island charm and hospitality excellence.
