Job Requirements
- Knowledge and experience as an Assistant Manager in large theatre or high volume Food & Beverage environment
- Must be receptive to working in inclement weather and extreme temperatures
- Available to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work successfully in a fast paced and loud environment
- Able to lift and carry 25 lbs
- Required to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and walk up and down stairs
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong spirit of optimism, collaboration, and flexibility
- Basset certified
- Experience with POS systems
- Experience leading and directing a team of 20

- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, customer service environment
Job Duties
- Assist Food & Beverage Manager during all events
- Deliver highest caliber of customer service to guests
- Direct and assign tasks to Food & Beverage staff during set up, break down, and events
- Assist bartenders with ID checks and POS troubleshooting
- Direct flow of patrons to bars, merchandise lines, and coat check
- Assist with inventory management and tracking
- Assist with nightly close outs of POS system
- Check completion of all staff side work
- Adhere to theatre’s Food & Beverage policies as outlined in handbook
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
