The company's philosophy centers around fostering a strong employee culture built on respect, inclusivity, and the Golden Rule – treating others as one wishes to be treated. This principle shapes an empowering, supportive environment that enables team members to excel and build rewarding, lasting careers within the hospitality industry.

Located in the historic and vibrant city of Boston, Massachusetts, the Four Seasons Hotel Boston offers a unique blend of New England charm and urban sophistication in the heart of the Back Bay neighborhood. Surrounded by picturesque Victorian brownstone homes and steps from key cultural landmarks such as the Freedom Trail and Newbury Street's boutiques, this luxury hotel provides guests with memorable stays highlighted by scenic views of the Public Garden, Beacon Hill, and the iconic State House. The hotel is distinguished not only by its prime location and elegant accommodations but also by its dedication to creating profound, lasting impressions for every guest.

The role available at Four Seasons Hotel Boston is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Leader to join a diverse and talented team. This position is focused on overseeing the All-Day or Fine Dining Restaurant operation, playing a pivotal role in delivering elegant, attentive dining experiences. Responsibilities include selecting, training, evaluating, coaching, and motivating restaurant employees to ensure adherence to the hotel’s cultural and operational standards. The role demands a visible presence on the floor to promote excellent guest relations, manage complaints, and accommodate special requests with professionalism and care.

An integral part of the position involves maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards, including expert knowledge of wine and spirits to enhance the dining experience from breakfast through dinner service. The Hospitality Leader will also control labor and operating costs by effectively scheduling staff, managing budgets, making purchasing decisions, and overseeing inventory and cash controls. Coordination and cooperation across multiple hotel departments are essential, achieved through regular operational meetings and continuous communication.

Additional duties include observing and recommending improvements for the physical condition of facilities and equipment to ensure an impeccable environment for guests and staff alike. The role offers a salary range from $72,000 to $79,769, reflecting its seniority and the expertise required. Candidates with flexible schedules who can work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are preferred.

Working at Four Seasons Hotel Boston offers a rewarding employee experience paralleled by the luxury guest services for which the company is known. The benefits package is comprehensive, providing medical and dental insurance for employees and their eligible dependents, career growth opportunities within the global Four Seasons network, complimentary accommodations at other locations, meals, retirement plans with company matching, life insurance, vacation and paid sick time, and much more. This role is well-suited for passionate hospitality professionals eager to develop their craft in a world-class environment, supported by a company that values its people as its greatest asset. Joining Four Seasons means becoming part of a prestigious heritage of service excellence, where every day is an opportunity to impact guests and colleagues positively and meaningfully.
