Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality management or leadership role
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and spirits
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost control
- Customer service and complaint resolution skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees in the hotel’s all-day or fine dining restaurant
- Plan and coordinate daily outlet operations
- Maintain visibility in the operation to provide recognition and promote good public relations
- Handle guest complaints, concerns, and special requests professionally
- Ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in the dining environment
- Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash control
- Attend regular operational meetings to coordinate between departments
- Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment and recommend improvements
