The Assistant Floor Manager position plays a critical role within the Floor department, working closely under the supervision of the Floor Manager. This full-time hourly role involves shifts ranging between 8 to 10 hours, including the possibility of overtime. Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $17.57 per hour, reflecting the responsibility and skill required for the job.

The Assistant Floor Manager is essential to maintaining the integrity and availability of all products within the warehouse. This role may involve assisting team members and supporting other warehouse areas as needed.

Physically, the role demands substantial stamina, requiring walking and standing on concrete floors for up to 10 hours a day. Tasks include frequent turning, reaching, stooping, bending, and pushing or pulling heavy objects weighing between 500 to 1,500 pounds, alongside lifting or carrying loads exceeding 60 pounds. The work environment includes exposure to cold or freezing temperatures and active equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and scooters.
