The Food and Beverage Supervisor role at PENN Entertainment is critical to ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations within assigned F&B outlets. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two years of food and beverage experience
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to compute basic math including rate, ratio, and percent
  • Flexibility to work all shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training
  • Ability to present information effectively to management and the public

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two years of food and beverage experience
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to interact diplomatically with guests, staff, and colleagues

  • Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • Completion of ServSafe Alcohol certification

Job Duties
