The successful candidate will be responsible for planning dining room setups based on guest counts and client needs, monitoring reservations, and ensuring compliance with all food and beverage policies. Key duties include recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating food and beverage staff to maintain consistent quality and professionalism. The position also entails managing payroll, producing various reports related to sales and labor, and ensuring proper tip distribution.

As Food and Beverage Manager, you will act as a liaison between front-of-house and kitchen teams to maintain seamless service and communicate menu changes or special member requests efficiently. Safety and regulatory compliance, particularly regarding alcoholic beverage service, will be a priority. You will contribute to marketing efforts designed to grow dining room traffic, manage beverage inventories, and assist with menu and beverage list development alongside the culinary team. Adaptability and hands-on involvement, including performing service tasks as needed, will be essential for success in this role.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, with a four-year college degree in Hospitality preferred. A minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant management, ideally within fine dining or private club settings, is required. Candidates must hold food safety certification and are encouraged to have alcoholic beverage certifications such as WSET, CMS, or MW credentials. This full-time leadership opportunity offers a rewarding career path within a prestigious club environment where your expertise will shape memorable dining experiences for our valued members and guests.
