Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of corporate buildings ensuring a clean safe and well-maintained environment
- Lead and develop Facilities teams including Dock Services Mail Services and Facilities Assistants and Attendants
- Partner with Facilities leadership to hire develop and retain a high-performing team
- Manage vendor relationships event setups and facilities projects as needed
- Inspect facilities regularly quickly addressing issues to maintain high standards
