Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
  • or at least 3 years experience in two of the following areas: food and beverage, culinary, guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area if no formal education
  • ability to manage shifts and scheduling
  • problem-solving skills
  • knowledge of OSHA regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • verifies banquet rooms and dining areas are ready for service
  • ensures proper centerpieces and table settings are in place
  • inspects cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware
  • checks in with guests to confirm satisfaction
  • coordinates meal requirements including allergies and dietary needs
  • maintains cleanliness of work areas
  • supports compliance with brand standards and legal obligations
  • leads shifts and manages event teams
  • conducts pre-shift and post-meal meetings
