Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant human resources experience
  • 2-3 years of proven leadership in people operations
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with IWA Local 6 Collective Bargaining Agreement
  • Demonstrated ability to drive team engagement and financial performance

Job Duties

  • Oversee the design and implementation of people operations processes and programs
  • Drive team engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance culture
  • Ensure compliance with IWA Local 6 Collective Bargaining Agreement
  • Collaborate with leadership to align workforce strategy with business objectives
  • Manage recruitment, retention, and development of team members
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and address concerns proactively
  • Support dynamic 24-hour hotel operations with flexibility in scheduling
