Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in appropriate area of specialization
  • two years of progressively responsible ticketing experience
  • one year of cash handling experience
  • knowledgeable of Microsoft applications and ticket system software
  • ability to work a non-standard work week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • independent thinker with strong analytics skills
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in appropriate area of specialization
  • two years of progressively responsible ticketing experience
  • one year of cash handling experience
  • knowledgeable of Microsoft applications and ticket system software
  • experience in an intercollegiate or professional athletic environment
  • experience with Salesforce CRM, Ticketmaster Archtics, and Ticketmaster Host system
  • equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of listed requirement

Job Duties

  • Maintain the Ticket Office computer ticketing systems
  • train employees on the functionality of the ticketing system
  • build and create all manifests in Archtics
  • create assigned sport(s) events on the Ticketmaster Host system
  • oversee multiple sports/ticket operations
  • assist with ticket operations for assigned sport(s)
  • recruit, hire, train, and manage hourly OPS staff
  • coordinate day-to-day operations within the Ticket Office
