Job Duties
- Manage and direct the on-property Senior Sales Executive team to achieve revenue goals
- Participate in sales leadership teams with Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Group Sales, and Revenue teams
- Close group business contracts by negotiating effectively and creatively
- Achieve group revenue goals by upselling and accurately forecasting revenues for all events
- Act as the primary contact for resolving customer and contract issues
- Lead on-site sales inspections and assist in executing corporate and brand initiatives
- Develop and manage group sales revenue and operation budgets and provide sales forecasts
