Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- minimum three years of leadership experience in hospitality, food service, or venue operations
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- proficiency with microsoft office and business reporting tools
- ability to manage labor scheduling and budgeting
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- servsafe manager certification or willingness to obtain
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
- three or more years of progressive hospitality, food service, or venue operations leadership experience
- experience managing large-scale events, premium hospitality, or cultural attractions preferred
- proficiency with microsoft office suite and business reporting systems
- knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- servsafe manager certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
- experience with labor scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting
