The ideal candidate should have at least four years of Food & Beverage experience, with a minimum of two years at a department head level, preferably gained in luxury hotel environments such as four-star, four-diamond, or five-star properties. They must possess strong leadership and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the proven capacity to manage multiple departments and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Required certifications include Food Service Sanitation Certification and, if applicable by state law, an Alcohol Service Permit. A four-year college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
