Currently, Unidine is hiring an Assistant Director of Dining Services I for their Fairfield, CT location. This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 per year and is a key leadership role within the culinary team. The Assistant Director of Dining Services I will assist in managing daily food service operations at a medium to large volume site. This role involves leading and developing a team of associates to provide excellent service and maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chef and management team to create nutritious and appealing menu items, implement new culinary programs, and support marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and operational success. You will play an essential part in driving profitability and meeting financial goals within the assigned area. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as financial and business acumen. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential for managing daily operations and reporting.

If you have 1 to 3 years of food service management experience in settings such as restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, healthcare, education, or the military, and possess strong leadership and financial management skills, you are encouraged to apply.
