Assistant Director, Food & Beverage

Great Wolf, a family-friendly indoor water park resort, is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to oversee all aspects of food and beverage planning, presentation, and service with a focus on special event planning, managing costs, training, and quality standards. The Assistant Director works closely with the Director to lead department operations.
