  • 2+ years of management experience in full-service or high-volume dining
  • 1+ year of kitchen leadership preferred
  • Experience in leading teams managing labor and controlling costs
  • Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings evenings and weekends
