The position of Product Sales Specialist Trainer is pivotal in driving the success of the store by mentoring and developing sales specialists to deliver outstanding customer interactions and expert advice on product selections. This role is designed for an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment. As a trainer, you will be responsible for guiding sales specialists through the company’s retail philosophies, including people management, product knowledge, presentation, pricing, promotions, and purchasing processes. You will ensure compliance with all safety protocols, particularly in safe lifting practices and warehouse operations, including certification in forklift operation. The position requires hands-on involvement in the merchandising and organization of product displays, as well as overseeing inventory accuracy and timely communication with management.

Beyond training responsibilities, the role involves direct customer engagement by greeting shoppers, assisting with product inquiries, managing POS transactions, and conducting informative ‘how-to’ classes. You will also be responsible for supporting team members in processing merchandise to the showroom floor, validating product placement and pricing, and maintaining clear communication of procedural updates. The physical demands of the job include lifting items up to 60 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and operating in a moderate to noisy warehouse environment with moving vehicles.
