This position is for a Product Sales Specialist Trainer, responsible for training and developing Product Sales Specialists to ensure customers receive exceptional service and accurate product information. The role plays a crucial part in maintaining the company’s high standards of customer experience and sales excellence. The trainer is expected to demonstrate company core values and promote compliance with safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures. Key responsibilities include providing direction to sales specialists, completing certification courses, overseeing merchandising, pricing, and product organization, and communicating operational changes in a timely manner. The role also involves hands-on participation in inventory management, processing merchandise, and supporting customer interactions, including product selection assistance, checkout processing, and handling refunds or exchanges.
