Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience in customer service or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Knowledge of retail merchandising and sales principles
- Ability to operate a forklift and complete certification
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- Act and work consistent with company core values
- Demonstrate compliance with safe lifting practices and procedures
- Train product sales specialists on the basic P’s of retail
- Provide leadership and direction to sales staff
- Manage department merchandising, pricing, and organization
- Communicate standard operating procedures to associates
- Assist customers with product inquiries and checkout process
