Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Food Safety Certified
  • 12 years of restaurant management experience in Quick Service Restaurants
  • Basic math skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with various operational systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work extended and varied hours
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Drive sales and financial success by promoting guest happiness and overseeing operational aspects of the restaurant
  • Raise issues or recommendations related to the restaurant, staff, or guests to the General Manager
  • Assist in interviewing and hiring suitable Team Members
  • Supervise Team Members to maintain compliance with policies and procedures during shifts
  • Educate staff on operational processes, organizational policies, and customer service etiquette
  • Conduct training on company protocols and guest service expectations
  • Identify and address complaints and policy violations while offering consistent feedback and coaching to Team Members on performance
  • Assist in creating a safe, sanitized, and enjoyable environment for Team Members and Guests
