We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Culinary Manager to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will support the culinary operations by assisting in day-to-day kitchen management, contributing to menu planning and development, and ensuring that our food quality, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met. The Assistant Culinary Manager will play a key role in supervising and training kitchen staff, managing inventory and food costs, and driving culinary initiatives that enhance the dining experience. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of culinary or kitchen management experience
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge skill and coordination with using kitchen utensils and equipment
  • Ability to follow recipes and replicate food production procedures
  • Ensure kitchen team members adhere to set standards procedures and sanitation requirements
  • Ability to manage kitchen inventory and ensure supplies are fresh and of high quality
  • Ensuring proper food temperatures when cooking and proper labeling and storage afterward
  • Daytime weekend and occasional evening availability

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist the culinary manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Support menu planning development and execution in collaboration with the culinary team
  • Supervise kitchen staff providing guidance training and performance feedback
  • Maintain high standards of food quality safety and sanitation in compliance with health regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels order supplies and manage food costs to optimize profitability
  • Ensure consistency in food presentation and taste across all dishes
  • Assist in implementing new culinary initiatives and promotional events
