The role of Assistant Manager/Client Services Manager at Pegasus is a vital frontline position where you take direct responsibility for enhancing the resident experience. As a Resident Relations Manager, you will handle all aspects of resident communication, including addressing resident issues, managing payments, and responding to lease inquiries. Your position requires you to utilize excellent communication and strategic consultative selling skills alongside a warm and approachable demeanor that makes residents feel genuinely valued and supported. This role is also responsible for leading, guiding, and assisting the leasing team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
