Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 7 years employment history
- previous multifamily property management experience
- ability to work in a high-energy environment
- familiarity with landlord tenant laws and fair housing regulations
- computer literacy including microsoft office
- ability to handle financial reporting and budgeting
- commitment to excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged equivalent
- previous experience as Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager
- knowledge of financial statements and budget preparation
- understanding of landlord tenant law and fair housing laws
- proficiency in microsoft word, excel, and outlook
- experience with yardi voyager is a plus
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- assist the Community Manager in daily operations of the property
- engage with residents to provide excellent customer service
- support financial management including budget preparation and monthly reporting
- oversee maintenance operations to ensure community standards
- ensure compliance with landlord tenant law and fair housing regulations
- utilize software such as Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager for management tasks
- coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams for smooth community functionality
